SDS Tris-HEPES sachet, upon dissolution, will yield 5,000mL of pH 8 Tris-Hepes-SDS buffer suitable for NuSep Longlife Electrophoresis Gels.

Dissolve the product in water, stir well and dilute with water to 5,000mL
